When you purchase a license, here's what you'll get:

  • In addition, annual maintenance contracts can be purchased for 35% of the current list price.

How to Buy

Our products can be purchased one of four ways:

  • Credit Card
  • Purchase Order (US only)
  • Wire Transfer
  • Check

Credit Cards

Credit card orders must be placed through our secure online website. Transactions are processed during the checkout process. A confirmation email is automatically sent that includes all software license key(s) purchased. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Credit Card Processing

Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders to US customers only. Please order all product via our web site. While checking out, you will be prompted for a payment type. Please select Purchase Order. A transaction fee of $50 will automatically be added to the total price. Once you have completed your order, the web site will provide our fax number. All Purchase Orders must be on company letterhead and signed. Once complete, please fax your Purchase Order to us. Once we verify the order, we will send you your software license key(s). We normally verify Purchase Orders within 1 business day, however; please allow up to 3 days business days. Payment terms are net 30 days. A 10% late charge will be added for all POs not paid within that time.

Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfers from all customers. Please order all product via our web site. While checking out, you will be prompted for a payment type. Please select Wire Transfer. A transaction fee of $35 will automatically be added to the total price. Once you have completed your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. Upon order review, we will send you detailed wire transfer instructions. We normally review wire transfer orders within 1 business day, however; please allow up to 3 days business days. Please send us an email once you have transferred funds to our bank. Once receipt of funds is confirmed, we will email your software license key(s).

Checks

We accept check payment to all customers. Please order all product via our web site. While checking out, you will be prompted for a payment type. Please select Check. There is no transaction fee associated with checks. Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please include your order number on your check. Once we receive your check and verify funds, we will email your software license key(s). We normally verify funds within 1 business day, however; please allow up to 3 days business days.

Refund Policy

We strongly encourage all customers download, install and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase. We provide a 20-day free trial period to allow you to fully evaluate any of our products before you make a purchase decision. Purchases will not be refunded after any license key has been registered or any license file has been issued. Refunds will exclude any fees and include any discounts given on the original order. All refund requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase.
