Network Wide Free Disk Space Reporting and Management
Corner Bowl Disk Monitor is a network wide disk monitoring tool enabling
System Administrators to centrally monitor free disk space, utilization, SMART
predictive failure notifications, directory sizes, largest files, temporary
files, access permissions, file extension break down and active or idle files.
Executive Summary Free Disk Space Reporting
Automatically receive executive summary reports for all your servers that
graphically summarize free disk space, disk space utilization over time,
and include SMART predictive failure status.
Disk space reports can be emailed to you on a daily or weekly basis and
report content, look and feel can be customized using your own Email and HTML Templates.
Executive Summary Directory Size Reporting
Automatically receive executive summary reports for monitored directories
that graphically summarize directory size, file count, sub-directory count,
and optionally include sub-directory detail.
Directory size reports can be emailed to you on a daily or weekly basis and
report content, look and feel can be customized using your own Email and HTML Templates.
Largest Files Reporting and Management
Disk Monitor enables you to generate on-demand Largest Files Reports.
Largest Files Reports list the largest files on a disk or within a directory structure.
Once complete you can delete files directly from within the report, print the report,
export the report to a file and re-run the report to show more files.
Temporary Files Reporting
Disk Monitor enables you to generate on-demand Temporary Files Reports.
Temporary Files Reports list all System and User temporary directories on local or remote computers.
The total size, file count, and sub-directory count is summed and listed.
Once complete you can you can drill down into sub-directories to view the
details, delete temporary directory contents including files and sub-directories,
print the report, and export the report to a file.
Disk Monitor also enables you to configure the service to delete
all temporary files not locked and optionally older than a number of days.
Directory/File Access Permissions Reporting
Disk Monitor enables you to generate on-demand Access Permissions Reports.
Access Permissions Reports are comprised of a list of directories, files,
users, and assigned permissions (for example, read, write, delete).
The reports can be limited to a specific disk or directory and can be
configured to recursively scan each sub-directory optionally including each
file or concatenating all the rights together.
The report can optionally validate users against the domain’s Active Directory.
Users not validated are removed from the report.
Once complete you can filter by directory and user, print the report, export
the report to a file and re-run with different options.
File Extension Reporting
Disk Monitor enables you to generate on-demand File Extension Reports.
File Extension Reports list the present extensions, total size and file count.
Once complete you can drill down into a directory structure to see to which
sub-directory files of interest reside, print the report and export to a file.
File Access Reporting
Disk Monitor enables you to generate on-demand File Access Reports.
File Access Reports list out recently access files or files not accessed since a specific date.
For example, you can receive a report that lists the top ten recently accessed files within a directory structure.
Once complete the report can be printed, exported to a file and re-run with different options.
